Tuna Casserole

 Ingredients:

4 slices bread, toasted
1 can grated tuna
1 cup grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2½ cups milk, scalded
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon celery salt

 Directions:

Cut toast slices in half. Place 4 halves in the bottom of a buttered casserole. Spread tuna and grated cheese over toast. Add scalded milk to eggs and seasonings and pour over tuna mixture. Cover with remaining toast which has been buttered, (butter side up). Place casserole in pan of hot water. Bake about 1 hour.
