Ingredients: 3 small potatoes |

Directions: Peel and boil potatoes. Mash. Place in a mixing bowl and add sifted confectioners cutar, small amounts at a time. Mix while adding. Add enough sugar to form a soft dough. Place on lightly floured board and roll out to ¼ inch thickness. Spread generously with creamy peanut butter. Roll the dough into a long roll and cut into ¼ inch slices. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. |
