OUR POLICIES

1. For Her Eyes Only will not sell or give your name, address, phone number or e-mail address to anyone. This information is solely for completing your transaction. Your business with us is strictly confidential. 
2. All prices listed on this site are in U. S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
3. All items on this site are subject to availability from our suppliers, with respect to sizes, colors, quantities, etc.
4. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for special orders.
5. We routinely ship by United Parcel Service, ground to the contiguous 48 states. In stock orders received by noon can be expedited by the same day. Overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day shipping will be shipped for an additional charge which is not stated in our shopping cart. Please submit your complete street address when ordering. (UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.) Priority Mail service is available for an additional charge of $2.00 per order.
6. Orders outside of the contiguous 48 states will be shipped best way.
7. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE. Merchandise returned after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Defective merchandise will be handled by the manufacturer's warranty. Merchandise to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused, in saleable condition and include all instruction materials. Please include a copy of your invoice
Sale merchandise is not returnable.
8. Because of a potential health hazard, all food items such as spices, food additives, salt and pepper and items containing salt and pepper are not returnable and will not be accepted. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
9. Customers must call (215) 234-8450 for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be visibly displayed on the outside of the package or it will be refused.
Customer is responsible for return shipping on returned merchandise.
 10. If a hard copy of a credit slip for returned merchandise is requested, please send a self addressed stamped envelope, otherwise the credit will be on your credit card invoice.
 11. All merchandise is carefully inspected for damage before shipping. In the event that merchandise is received in damaged condition the customer will notify the carrier and submit a claim for the damaged merchandise. Customer will keep all merchandise and packaging material for the carriers inspection. Under no circumstances will damaged merchandise be accepted for return until claim is made to the carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable.
