Hot Milk Sponge Cake #1

 Ingredients:

1½ cups sugar
1½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder, mixed in a little flour
4 eggs (keep white of 1 egg out for icing if desired)
¾ cup hot milk

 Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in order shown. Add hot milk to dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in sponge dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
