Merchandise must be unused, in salable condition and packed in the original box along with all instruction booklets and other information. To make a return you must first call 1-215-234-8450 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package or the package will be refused. All merchandise returned after 30 days from date of purchase will be refused.
