Where can I buy items illustrated
on For-Her-Eyes-Only in my locality?
We are retailers for the various companies we represent.
We are located in eastern Pennsylvania. Only the manufacturers
and/or their wholesale distributors know the whereabouts of their
other retailers.

What carrier(s) do you use for
shipping?
We ship orders to the contiguous 48 states by UPS ground,
unless the customer specifies otherwise. Alaska, Hawaii, U. S.
possessions, APO's, FPO's and Canadian orders are shipped by
USPS priority mail. Orders outside of the United States are shipped
best way.

Can I get a discount on my order?
We are not a discount store, however, on certain items,
especially those that are very light in weight (less than a pound),
the freight charge may be ameliorated somewhat. Our shopping
cart is designed to charge the minimum shipping and handling
on each item. When several of the same item are ordered the shipping
and handling may be lowered, at our discretion. The shipping
and handling on heavier items we generally cannot reduce. The
rates have been determined as closely as possible.

I have an Olde Thompson pepper
mill that I bought over 20 years ago. It is supposed to have
a lifetime guarantee on it. Where can I get it repaired?

Do you have a printed catalog of the merchandise on
your website?
No. Our website is our catalog. We encourage less use of
paper and savings by reducing our mailing costs.

Can you ship rush orders?
Yes. We can ship by United Parcel Service or U. S. Postal
Service and use any of their fast services -- Sonic, Overnight,
2nd Day, 3rd Day, Express Mail, etc. However, there will be an
extra charge for the shipping method requested. In the case where
we do not have enough inventory to fill your order, and you
have a deadline, there will be additional charges for us
to rush the merchandise from the warehouse.

Do you accept special orders for
merchandise not shown on your website?
Yes. Special orders can be either unlisted merchandise
or listed items in quantities greater than our normal inventory.
Provided the item is made by any of the manufacturers with whom
we are affiliated, we will endeavor to obtain the requested items.
Special order items must be purchased in case quantities as designated
by the manufacturer. Special order items are not returnable.

I have an old Sunbeam mixer that
I got from my mother recently. The beaters are missing and I
want to purchase another set.
We are sorry, but we do not carry parts for Sunbeam, Oster,
Deni, Rival or any other products which we sell. All of our products
come from the manufacturer complete with the attachments designated
by the manufacturer. Here are two suggestions -- 1) Some areas
have appliance parts distributors. If you know of such a store
in your area we would suggest trying there. 2) Go to a search
engine and enter "appliance parts". Several sites are
available who sell parts.

We are retailers, but in quantities
we may be able to give you a discount for quantity and minimum
