Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes |

Directions: Cook potatoes with skins on until tender. Shred the dried beef and brown in bacon drippings. Blend in flour and milk gradually. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Put in grated cheese and stir over low heat until it melts. Peel potatoes and slice inta a greased casserole, alternately with layers of the dried beef mixture. Toss bread crumbs in butter and sprinkle over top. Bake in a moderate oven, 375 degrees. Makes 6 servings. |
