Return Goods Policy:

Defective Units: A Return Authorization is required from Deni/Keystone for all defective units to be returned to factory. Customer prepays freight charges for returns. All returns are inspected and condition of product is determined by Deni/Keystone Service Department.

Full Credit plus return freight charges will be allowed on defective units under warranty.

Non-Defective Units: Credit will be allowed on authorized returns but will be subject to a 15% refurbishing/restocking charge, no freight charges allowed. All missing parts will be billed.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and refused at the dock.

Deni/Keystone Defective Allowance Policy:

When authorized, Deni/Keystone will approve a defective allowance to be deducted from the sales invoice in lieu of returning defective products to the factory. This allowance shall be agreed to by both parties and stipulated in writing. This defective allowance is to represent only product that is defective and does not apply to non-defective returns.
