Banana Tea Cake
 Ingredients:

¼ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup milk
2 thinly sliced bananas
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

 Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to the creamed mixture, gradually stirring in milk. Fold in sliced bananas. Have ready two greased cake tins and pour the mixture in these. Sprinkle with the extra tablespoon sugar mixed with the cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes in a hot oven.
